We have an excellent production facility on site with high end manufacturing equipment. Our manufacturing procedures are systematic, precise and efficient throughout each stage of the production cycle. Product handling and COSHH requirements are integrated into all production batch instructions for the safeguard of its employees and the environment.

WAREHOUSING

Ralken operates an effective stock control system, which enables differing physical forms and concentrations of raw materials to be stored efficiently and safely assuring full product traceability.

LABORATORY

Quality assurance and quality monitoring of raw materials and finished goods are an integral part of procedures, minimising the possibility of error, maintaining high standards and meeting client requirements. Physical samples and QC records are maintained to assure traceability.
